Antiques Forum Scholarships

The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships to attend the 64th Annual Antiques Forum. This year’s program “The Freshest Advices”: New Discoveries in American Decorative Arts will be held February 19-23, 2012.

Awarded scholarships will provide fully-paid registration to all Forum activities, including lectures, tours, and social events. The scholarship does not include participation in optional Sunday and Friday programming for which there is an extra charge. While travel costs and room and board are your responsibility, Colonial Williamsburg will offer a reduced rate for lodging at a Colonial Williamsburg hotel, details of which will be discussed after acknowledgement of funding.

Applicants should be:

  • enrolled in Art History, Museum Studies, History, American Studies, or related programs in the decorative arts, conservation, or historic preservation field
  • or, employed by a decorative arts, fine arts, or history museum or historic site.

We regret that previous recipients are not eligible. Interested candidates should fill out the form below, attaching the required materials.

The deadline for application is Friday, December 30, 2011.
