What time should I arrive/depart?
If you are making your own travel arrangements, driving or flying, please plan to arrive before 4:00 p.m. to ensure you have enough time get to Williamsburg and check in at the Williamsburg Inn front desk. Prior to the first event of the Institute, the orientation dinner, you will meet in front of the Brick House Tavern (on the Duke of Gloucester Street) at 6:00 p.m. Please inform us of your travel arrangements once made so that we will know when to expect you on the first evening.
If you are making your own airline flight arrangements, please book a flight that departs after 3:30 p.m., so you can enjoy your final lunch in Williamsburg with plenty of time to travel to the airport. (Please note that TSA regulations require passengers to check in at the airport approximately 2 hours prior to a flight.)
