What time should I arrive/depart?
If you are making your own airline flight arrangements, please book a flight that arrives before 5:00 p.m. to ensure you have
enough time to collect your luggage, travel to Williamsburg,
and check in at the Williamsburg Inn front desk. (Prior to the first event of the Institute,
the orientation dinner, you will meet in front of the Brick House Tavern at 6:30 p.m.)
If you are making your own airline flight arrangements, please book a flight that departs after 3:00 p.m., so you can enjoy
your final lunch in Williamsburg with plenty of time to travel
to the airport.
