Please let us know in advance of any food allergies or alternative food needs. We make every effort to accommodate all requests.
Each meal will have a variety of options, including a vegetarian plate. Typically, breakfasts are buffet; lunches are salads or sandwiches; and dinners consist of two different meats and one vegetarian selection.
If you are dieting, we request you be mindful of your portion, because we provide you more than enough food at every meal. Even with all the walking, many participants claim to gain weight while they are here!
