the visual and hearing impaired, as well as those with limited
mobility. You may make the Institute staff aware of your disability
with your registration information should you choose to do so.
Should you need to rent a wheelchair while you are here, you
may contact the Visitor Services Coordinator at (800) 246-2099. Please
note that the Colonial Williamsburg staff will be unable to assist
you with pushing, pulling, or lifting any equipment that assists
you with mobility.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Will I have a private bathroom? What about a hair dryer, a coffee maker, or an iron?

How do I receive college credit for participating in the Teacher Institute?
For those interested, college credit is available from the
University of San Diego. To receive the three graduate credit
hours, you must participate in the all the sessions offered during
the week, sign an attendance sheet, and submit an original lesson
plan by December 31, 2009. For more information, see the College
