School Group Policies and Reservation Information

RESERVATIONS are required for all School Group Tours and Evening Programs.

Deposit Policies

School Group Tours -
$50 deposit per interpreter
Evening Programs -
$100 deposit per program
Group Lodging -
$500 deposit minimum
Group Dining -
$100 deposit per meal minimum

To qualify for group tour rates, groups must have at least 15 students. Because of building limitations, no more than 26 people are admitted at one time. Colonial Williamsburg requires at least two adults per group and includes one complimentary adult ticket with every 10 student tickets.

All School group tour rates are per person. Group tour rates do not apply to any other Colonial Williamsburg ticket.

Deposits are required within 14 days of receipt of confirmation. The deposit will be applied to your bill at the time of payment. The deposit is fully refundable if written cancellation is received 45 days in advance of your visit. Services will be billed in full if written cancellation is not received 45 days in advance of programs.
