This year Colonial Williamsburg has added a literacy component
for each Electronic Field Trip. These materials are drawn principally
from primary sources-people of the past speaking "in their
own words."
You will find some brief suggestions on how to use these primary
sources in your classroom, as well as a .pdf version. Print out
the .pdf version to create student hand-outs, overhead transparencies,
or classroom notebooks.
We hope you will experiment with these primary resources and share
your ideas on how to best use them with students. Sign
up for the Colonial Williamsburg list serve.
