WILLIAMSBURG, September 22, 1775.
On Wednesday last col. HENRY arrived here, to make choice of a proper spot for an encampment, and to give directions for laying out the ground. The forces will begin to assemble in a very short time, and the rendezvous, we hear, will be close by this city.
