Effective communication, stewardship of our extraordinary resources and personal accountability are fundamental to the way we do business.
The One Foundation Expectations describe the responsibilities that are inherent in all jobs at Colonial Williamsburg. We are:
- Guest focused, understanding how our work supports and impacts the guest experience.
- Communicators, recognizing and taking personal responsibility to gather and share information.
- Collaborators, understanding that Colonial Williamsburg is one foundation and not a collection of separate entities, and supporting this expectation through our actions and interactions with colleagues.
