Successful Meetings Magazine Honors Colonial Williamsburg Hotels with 23rd Pinnacle Award

Successful Meetings magazine has recognized Colonial Williamsburg with the prestigious Pinnacle Award for 23 of the 25 years of the award. Colonial Williamsburg has received the Pinnacle award every year since its inception, with the exception of years when the property was under renovation, and was inducted into the publication’s first ever Bronze Circle, recognizing properties that have received this recognition for 20 consecutive years.

The Pinnacle Awards celebrate hospitality excellence by identifying the convention and visitors bureaus, hotel and conference centers that set the standard for others to follow. Recipients are selected by readers of Successful Meetings magazine based upon real-life meeting experiences. The 2010 winners were announced in the August issue of the publication.

Colonial Williamsburg has been selected as the site for the 2012 National Governors Association meeting.
