CW's December Museum Social jazzes up the holidays at the Wallace Museum
Colonial Williamsburg’s Museum Social celebrates the holidays with folk art, music and cocktails 7:30-9:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8 at Colonial Williamsburg’s DeWitt Wallace Decorative Arts Museum. The last social of the year will feature jazzy holiday tunes performed by pianist Charlie Costa.
Guests can stroll through the galleries to enjoy the museum’s annual holiday exhibition that includes 19th-century dolls, tops, soldiers, horses and animals. A Christmas tree decorated with handmade ornaments based on objects in the Folk Art Museum also will be on display.
Attire is resort casual. Beverages are available at a cash bar.
Admission is $5 with any current Colonial Williamsburg admission pass or Good Neighbor Pass and $8 without a current Colonial Williamsburg admission pass. Fees cover the cost of museum admission and entertainment.

The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation’s award winning DeWitt Wallace Decorative Arts Museum, supported by the DeWitt Wallace Endowment Fund, displays the Foundation’s exceptional collection of British and American decorative arts.
