CW's Bassett Hall site of 2006 museum family programs
Bassett Hall, the Williamsburg home of John D. Rockefeller Jr. and his wife, Abby, serves as the location for 2006 family-friendly museum programs. Young guests have the opportunity to tour Bassett Hall and create a piece of artwork to take home. Programs are included in museum admission and feature:
A two-story 18th-century frame house near Colonial Williamsburg's Capitol, Bassett Hall is set on 585-acre tract of woodlands. In addition to the home, the property includes a teahouse and three original outbuildings: a smokehouse, kitchen and dairy.
