CW names new senior conference sales managers

Terrie Lantor and Michael O’Connor have joined Colonial Williamsburg’s Resort Collection as senior conference sales managers. Lantor is responsible for the mid-Atlantic market with a focus on the Richmond and northern Virginia areas. O’Connor is responsible for the Northeast, from New Jersey to Maine, with a focus on the insurance and financial industries. Lantor is a native of South Boston, Va., and received her bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. A 23-year industry veteran, her experience includes work at resorts in Florida – Amelia Island Plantation, PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, the Lodge & Bath Club in Ponte Vedra Beach and the Marriott at Sawgrass, also in Ponte Vedra Beach. She was promoted to a position in Marriott’s national sales office in Chicago and later formed her own hotel sales company with a partner in Chicago. She relocated to Virginia in 2001. Lantor resides in Halifax, Va.

Michael O’Connor is a New Jersey native who has lived in Norwalk, Conn., for the past 20 years. He received a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University in Villanova, Pa. O’Connor’s 30 years in the hospitality industry have included working for Hilton International in both New York and Florida, The Grand Wailea Resort in Maui, the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., and the Boca Raton Resort in Boca Raton, Fla.
