Explore Colonial Williamsburg’s Electronic Field Trip Series

Interactive classroom activities engage students in live, nationally televised history events.  Students meet the people and visit the places that helped shape the American experiment.  Electronic Field Trips tell the compelling stories of the ordinary people who created America.  Web-based resources and teacher developed activities model successful classroom strategies for 4th-8th grade students.

Featured video, activities, and lesson plans are taken from the Electronic Field Trip “Emissaries of Peace” airing October 15, 2009.

Each Electronic Field Trip consists of live interactive and online materials for teacher and student use.
