Colonial Williamsburg Teacher Institute Scholarships
Because of the generosity of many Colonial Williamsburg Foundation friends, their deep commitment and respect for teachers, and their knowledge of the teacher’s role in educating citizens and leaders of tomorrow, we are very pleased to announce scholarship opportunities to the 2013 Colonial Williamsburg Teacher Institute in American History. Scholarships are available in the following areas. Please click on your state below to obtain more information or to download the scholarship application.
Note: Most scholarship applications sent directly to Colonial Williamsburg use the same application. A cover page indicates which scholarships the application applies to; you only need to fill out one application unless otherwise noted. Be sure to indicate on the cover page the specific opportunities for which you wish to be considered, both in location and date.
Chicago Public Schools and
Surrounding Suburbs
Scholarships are available for two elementary or middle school and twelve high school American history teachers
in any public
school in the Chicago Public Schools or surrounding suburbs. Applications were due on January 18, 2013. We are no longer accepting applications for this scholarship opportunity. Notification of scholarship awards will begin on March 4, 2013.
