The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg celebrates the Best of the American Experience with signature spa experiences. Since its opening in spring 2007, it has provided a 21st-century interpretation of five centuries of relaxation and healing practices from European, African and American Indian cultures. The spa motto, "a continuum of wellness," is reflected in every detail.
A wisteria-draped pathway alongside a formal garden beckons guests to the Georgian-Revival style building. Inside, guests are enveloped in a soothing blend of modern and authentic luxury. The signature scent of lavender lemongrass wafts through the three-story facility.
Twelve private treatment rooms and three relaxation rooms are reached from graciously appointed changing rooms, which feature whirlpool baths, an experiential shower for women, and a cold plunge pool for men.
Choose from an array of traditional yet distinct massage, scrub, wrap, bath and skincare treatments, plus a full line of manicure, pedicure, hair and scalp services. Featured product lines include Naturopathica® and TRUE Cosmetics. The new, 20,000-square-foot facility includes an adjoining fitness center with the latest cardiovascular and strength training equipment and group exercise classes.

The new Spa completes a multi-year renovation and restoration of properties in the Resort Collection of Colonial Williamsburg, and is tucked in a garden setting between the Williamsburg Inn, the Williamsburg Lodge and adjacent to the Golden Horseshoe Golf Club. Spa experiences are available à la carte for resort guests and day visitors.
